  1. Legality of Plantation Business
    PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi telah memiliki seluruh perizinan yang dipersyaratkan oleh pemerintah. Seperti Izin Lokasi, Izin Usaha Perkebunan, Hak Guna Usaha (HGU), Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) dan berbentuk Badan Hukum yang sah.
  2. Plantation Management System
    PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi telah memiliki dan menerapkan:
    a. Plantation Planning, which includes:
    - Vision and Mission aimed at sustainable operations
    - Organizational Structure
    - Job Descriptions 
    - Long-term Plans
    b. b. Technical Cultivation and Processing of Plantation Products (SOP for all plantation and factory activities).)
  3.  Protection of Primary Forests and Peatland Utilization

    The West Sumatra Regional Government has granted a location permit to PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi, which has committed to protecting and managing peatland.
  4. Environmental Management and Monitoring
    PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi telah melakukan pengelolaan dan pemantauan lingkungan seperti :
    • Management of WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant).
    • Implementation of UKL/UPL (Efforts for Environmental Management and Monitoring) and reporting.
    • Presence of hazardous and toxic materials (B3) storage and reporting.
    • Conducting tests on non-moving sources of disturbance, such as noise, vibration, odors, etc.
    • Firefighting equipment inspections, fire drills, installation of signage, and reporting.
    • Conservation of Flora and Fauna, including socialization activities for employees and surrounding communities through meetings, signage, and pamphlets.
    • Conservation of water sources and quality.
    • Existence of protected areas such as water absorption conservation areas and canal buffer zones.
    • Planting protective trees in high erosion-prone areas, such as mahogany and pine trees.
    • Implementation of programs to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
  1. Responsibility to Workers
    PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi telah :
    • Implemented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3).
    • Created programs to improve worker welfare and skills.
    • Implemented company policies on employing workers over 18 years of age and consisting of several ethnicities, races, genders, and religions.
    • Supported the establishment of a workers' union (SPJA).
    • Assisted in the formation of an Employee Cooperative at the PMKS Unit and Plantation.
  1. Social Responsibility and Community Economic Empowerment

    PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi telah :
    Carried out social and environmental responsibilities, such as CSR in the field of:

    • Education (contributing to the construction of a preschool building in Silaut).
    • Health (providing healthcare services, including a Integrated Service Post (posyandu) for the surrounding community).
    • Religion (supporting the construction of a mosque in Silaut village).
    • Public facilities (supporting the construction of a village office and road paving in Silaut village)

         Empowered indigenous/local communities by hiring workers from the local population around the Silaut plantation and factory.

      Developed local businesses, such as hiring local contractors for FFB transportation, FFB purchase, infrastructure development, and procurement of basic necessities.

  1. Improvement of Sustainable Business Practices
    PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi has made improvements and advancements to ensure the implementation of sustainable palm oil practices.
